We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Fashion Tip: We recommend trying on your new black dresses or denim items carefully (over your own clothes) to ensure they’re perfect before removing tags!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our fashion-loving team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship your return using the method we recommend (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: We’ll process your request within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.

Return Shipping Options

Choose your preferred return shipping method:

  • Standard Return: Use any tracked shipping service (we recommend DHL or FedEx for faster processing)
  • Exchange Option: For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
